Load spreading Captive Alloy Washers, with locating spigot to underside.
These washers have been designed to increase connection strength & reduce wear on panel holes.
The underside has a 12mm x 2mm locating boss, which engages the panel material. The panel connection is better supported by locating on the larger diameter shoulder. The shoulder eliminates contact of the bolt, increasing strength & reducing wear. Simply drill the panel to 12mm to accept all size washers M5, M6 or M8.
